Each order placed at Taboo Adult Toys is provided a tracking number that allows the customer to get real-time updates on their package’s progress. Standard and free shipping can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to arrive from the date the package was shipped. Priority orders can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive from the date the package was shipped.

Free shipping is offered on domestic US orders that meet or exceed $49 in your active shopping cart. Free shipping will automatically become available as an option to you during the checkout process. You do not need a separate coupon code for free shipping. In order for free shipping to be activated, please be sure you have entered at least $49 into your shopping cart before applying any other promotional coupon codes you may have.

Taboo Adult Toys only ships from our two distribution warehouses located in the United States. All of our products are 100% made in or imported to the USA and have passed all regulatory standards prior to being added to our inventory.

Due to the nature of our products we consider each item to be used once it leaves our warehouses therefore making the item non-returnable. Items that are defective in any way may be replaced by contacting us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). When contacting us please indicate the defect in the product and email us any photos you may be able to show us to help expedite your product replacement.

Please note that products MAY ONLY be exchanged or replaced due to a defective item. Items cannot be returned because of things like size indifference, dislike of the item, etc.

We want to make sure all of our customers are happy with their purchases while keeping a balance of safety for all of our shoppers. Again due to the nature of our products all sales are final and products are considered used as soon as they leave our warehouse.
